Investigating: Data Center Power Failure
We are currently experiencing connection and network issues in the DC2-174 - Datacenters & DC4-092 - Datacenters, affecting all DC2-174 availability zones on AKWLEB HOST as well as DC4-092 on Dedicated Server Box.

The issue is impacting multiple products on DC2-174 & DC4-092.

DC - 5Storm Switch Down Lansing [DC - 5]
A possible switch failure has been reported at our DC - 5 location. Our networking team is currently investigating and will provide an update once more information has been gathered.
Some customers in this location may experience an outage. Please contact Support if you have any questions or notice any anomalies.
This incident has been resolved.

Our engineers have successfully replaced the switch and recovered the server access.
We are closely monitoring the situation now.
