Investigating: Data Center Power Failure

We are currently experiencing connection and network issues in the DC2-174 - Datacenters & DC4-092 - Datacenters, affecting all DC2-174 availability zones on AKWLEB HOST as well as DC4-092 on Dedicated Server Box.

Investigating: Services Recovering

Some services recovered and our teams are mobilized to recover the rest on DC2-174. Root cause is a power issue in datacenter.

Other service on DC4-092 were impacted during the service transition.

Investigating: Data Center Power Failure

The issue is impacting multiple products on DC2-174 & DC4-092.

DC2-174 - Datacenters Networking Instability [DC2-174] - [DC - 2]

We are currently investigating reports of network instability impacting a small subset of IP addresses on our network. Our network engineers are actively engaged and reviewing the situation to identify the root cause. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

The network instability affecting a small subset of IP addresses in [DC2-174] - [DC - 2] has been fully resolved. Our network engineers identified the impacted range and implemented the necessary mitigation measures to restore normal connectivity and performance.

We are seeing stability return across our network. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that the full impact has been resolved.
