Investigating: Data Center Power Failure

We are currently experiencing connection and network issues in the DC2-174 - Datacenters & DC4-092 - Datacenters, affecting all DC2-174 availability zones on AKWLEB HOST as well as DC4-092 on Dedicated Server Box.

    Some services recovered and our teams are mobilized to recover the rest on DC2-174. Root cause is a power issue in datacenter.

    Other service on DC4-092 were impacted during the service transition.

    We have been alerted to a DDoS attack targeting [DC4-092] - Multiple Server. Our network engineers are engaged and we will update with further details regarding mitigation as soon as we are able.

    DC7-569 - Datacenters POP3 and SSH Service Down Alerts on Multiple Servers

    We are currently investigating the POP3 and SSH service down alerts on a subset of servers. The issue appears to have occurred after an endpoint update on the Mbdaemon associated with the Threatdown add-on service.

    Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and resolve the issue.
