We would like to inform you that the connectivity issue affecting services hosted in our data center has been successfully restored.

The outage was caused by severe weather conditions, including a tornado, which resulted in a power disruption impacting network connectivity within the facility. Our engineering teams immediately initiated emergency response procedures and worked continuously to restore affected systems.

At this time, power has been restored to approximately 95% of the impacted infrastructure, and connectivity services for affected customers have been successfully recovered. We continue to work on the remaining restoration activities and are closely monitoring all systems to ensure service stability.

Identified: Connectivity Loss Due to Tornado-Related Data Center Power Outage

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues affecting DC2-174 and DC4-092 due to a tornado-related power disruption at the data center.

Our infrastructure and facilities teams have identified the root cause and are actively working on service restoration. Power recovery efforts are progressing well, and approximately 65% of the affected power infrastructure has been restored.

Services are gradually returning to normal as systems are brought back online in a controlled manner. We continue to monitor the environment closely to ensure stability and prevent further interruptions.
